I fell hard for yoga at first class—the space it creates in my mind, and in my body, and the lovely peace that lingers beyond the mat. A 500-hour RYT and CYT, I completed my 200 Hour TT with Jennifer Elliott and Sandra Pleasants in 2004 and a 300 Hour Yoga Therapy Training with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy in 2011. There have been many enlightening workshops, classes, students, and teachers through the years. My classes are flow based, with modifications and challenges appropriate for all levels.
My aim is to help others find the joy, freedom, peace, and fun in yoga.
