
Lydia Killos
Yoga Teacher
With over 18 years of experience as a Slow Flow and Ashtanga/ Vinyasa yoga teacher, Lydia is a joyful and devoted yogi and Registered Yoga Therapist (RYT). She approaches her practice and teaching with a deep commitment to the intelligence of maintaining smooth and steady breath and alignment to create a limber, vigorous mind and body. Lydia brings extensive training in anatomy and physiology, as well as her understanding of the importance of building happiness, contentment, and positive relationships, to the yoga classes she teaches. Lydia earned her PhD in Research Psychology from UVA in 2006 and is currently working with the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University.
