I have been practicing yoga since 1999 teaching since 2002. Though my formal training was originally Vinyasa, I mostly teach a flowing style Hatha. I approach my teaching with humility, openheartedness, and at times corny jokes. My favorite part of teaching is helping students find balance by making each class adaptable to how they are feeling on a given day. Students can practice vigorously, moderately, or restoratively depending on their energy with various modifications.
