With a background in professional dance, Liz has been teaching movement for 25 years, and yoga since 2011. Her first yoga classes were Baptiste Power Yoga inspired, but since then, her Vinyasa style has evolved into an amalgamation of everything she has learned about yoga, Ayurveda, biomechanics, the nervous system and the art of being human. Her classes are light-hearted, challenging and fully committed to connecting students to present moment awareness, which she believes comes from noticing our physical structure, starting with the bones. Liz dedicates her classes to staying present with her students and encourages mindful movement, self-love and self-care above all else. She is honored and excited to become a part of the NOW teaching staff.
