Lee Hartline

Yoga Teacher

Lee is an exercise physiologist and RYT200 (Opal Yoga) with 60Hr Nidra training (Jana Roemer). Having studied and practiced Tibetan Buddhist meditation for more than 20 years she understands the importance of mindfulness and believes the true heart of yoga is harnessing the mind with breath and movement. Lee sees yoga as principally a path of self-transformation for every body regardless of age and ability and Yoga Nidra as a powerful and accessible meditation technique opening the student to an intimate state of conscious awareness and wholeness. She teaches a mindful flow synchronized with breath and guides a luminous Nidra practice that will cultivate spacious awareness and wellbeing.
