Annie Runkle

Annie Runkle

Yoga Teacher

I came to yoga in my late 30’s in 2000 for physical reasons. I continued on and started teaching for the deeper effects. This stuff is magic. It’s soul salve. It’s the balm that finally calmed my Beast. I completed my 200 hour TT with Jennifer Elliott and Sandra Pleasants in 2005. I completed a 300 Hour Yoga Therapy Training with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy in 2011. I am a 500 RYT and CT. Along the way I have taken many workshops with many shiny souls. My classes are creative, playful and inclusive. If you are breathing intentionally and moving mindfully with amazement all will be well! Oh, and there is music too.
Blossom Dawes

Blossom Dawes

Yoga Teacher

Blossom Dawes found her calling when she began teaching yoga over 20 years ago. She combines traditional practices with the needs of modern life in a fun and creative way. She loves sharing the practice of yoga through teaching. By continuing to grow as a student of yoga, she is able to teach from her personal experience. She takes a loving approach, teaching self-compassion and mindfulness, and offers yoga as a way to create positive patterns in body and mind.
Blossom lives in Crozet, Va. with her husband and two children and three furry friends. She loves nature, art, and poetry, and adores paddle boarding.

While not in the yoga studio you can find her playing with her friends and family, 3 dogs, miniature goats and donkeys, hiking, gardening, running, enjoying live music and in general loving being alive. She is happy living out her purpose in this life to help others find balance and realize self-healing in their own lives. She aims every day to send shockwaves of love, light and positivity as far and as wide as possible. (Can ya feel it??)

She completed a 200HR yoga teacher training in 2012 and began teaching Ashtanga and Iyengar inspired vinyasa in her small town and surrounding counties. Since then Jess has completed a Yin yoga teacher training and has fallen madly and deeply for the passive, peaceful, meditative practice. She is a Reiki master and a certified Energy Medicine practitioner and has studied with world renowned healers and Q’ero shamans from the high Andes in Peru. She frequently infuses her classes with these energetic healing modalities.
