Vinyasa I/II

Physical exertion: Moderate/Vigorous.  Advanced beginner and above.  

Our Vinyasa I/II classes flow at a slightly more rapid pace than our Slow Vinyasa Flow, although still slowly enough to allow practitioners to dedicate themselves to lengthening and deepening the breath while synchronizing it with movement. Some of the flow will involve more complex transitions and poses than in the Slow Vinyasa Flow classes, with occasional opportunities for more seasoned practitioners to practice more advanced variations.
