Beginner Yoga: Breath and Movement

Physical Exertion: Gentle.  Yoga experience recommended: Beginner and above.

New to yoga or looking for something different?  Great!  Join us for some gentle movement and breath awareness.  Focus will be placed on linking breath with movement.  We will move slowly, allowing us to bring greater awareness to our body in each pose. Open to all beginners or for those who would like to step back to basics.  Learn to: 

  • increase flexibility in your body,
  • focus your mind,
  • calm your nerves, and 
  • gain clarity.
